OK, OK, OK you win! i see the light(er side). the look deeper is a bit wonky...
oh, try looking at something else besides a horizontal division line between black and white...look beyond the default rectangle.
But I like the structure of the horizontal plane -- especially in this context with the idea of looking deep, or going beneath the surface.
But I'll try it. Maybe angles could be fun. I just dont want it to look to Bauhaus / Constructivist. It's already kind of close.
